REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Native / fluent English speaker, with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 1 year or more post-degree experience in a relevant commercial function such as Recruitment/Executive Search; or Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Market Research etc.
- Advantageous: experience with LinkedIn professional tools, Recruitment CRMs or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- Energetic and proactive; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Self-starter with good attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to relate sensitively to a diverse range of individuals and organisations.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and working towards targets.
- Strong alignment with company values: Service-minded, Integrity, pursues excellence and a sense of humour.
- Demonstrable interest in business and emerging markets; especially related to Finance and fast-growing companies.
